Office space can be a huge consideration. To get yourself set up in an office it can take time and effort, but also money that could otherwise be put into your business. If time is money, then the quicker you can get your office space found and locked down the better. Why not advertise to see if it can come to you?

A simple ad reading “Office Space Needed” can be more than sufficient. You can even run this as a personals ad in your local newspaper’s classifieds section. This can be helpful as it would likely come out in the same area where the owners of property for let are also advertising.

You need to remember to include your name and contact info if you post a want ad, or no one will be able to tell you of opportunities you might be interested in. You can be as specific as you want, and include the necessary amenities and features you need in office space. Remember though, the bigger your ad is the more it is going to cost.

Print isn’t the only way to go in searching for your office space. Consider doing so online as well.

One place to start is your own website if you have one. On your site, it’s perfectly acceptable to list that you need space to establish a physical business presence, and ask that interested building owners contact you via email or business phone.

You can also go to online classified ad boards or announcement sites to put in what amounts to an e-classified. It’s a very similar process to putting an ad in the paper, as far as the information required.

Some of these are even free. Check out Craigslist, if you area has one. There isn’t any reason to pay for putting in an ad at most sites. You can provide specifics here as well, as to the area you desire and what amenities you need.

Consider whether or not there is personal care, maid services, meal service, and any other necessities your parents might need should the become unable to do them for themselves. When you consider these things you will surely be able to find the best housing for your senior parents and rest assured knowing they are taken care of.
