<p>Frank and Helen Dimino have sold their Phipps Estates home at 240 Via Las Brisas to Louis J. Porreco of Fort Lauderdale for $5.35 million, according to a warranty deed recorded Friday by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.</p>
<p>Fite Shavell &amp; Associates of Palm Beach represented both the Diminos and Porreco, whose wife is Debra, in the transaction.</p>
<p>Builder Dan Swanson of Addison Development Corp. built the custom home — with 8,330 square feet of living space inside and out — for Frank Dimino, a retired businessman who paid $1.47 million for the property in 1999, according to tax records.</p>
<p>Dimino had asked Swanson to build him an Italianate villa similar to the ones he had seen while visiting southern Italy, Dimino told the Palm Beach Daily News last year.</p>
